Lead Consultant for a large-scale HR transformation at a public-sector banking institution. At the time of engagement the organization employed 2,000+ staff; it has since grown to 22,000+ employees. Working directly with the Board of Directors and executive leadership, redesigned the organization's HR operating model — including strategy, governance structures, policies, and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. The HR transformation was executed concurrently with an enterprise technology transformation, requiring tight coordination across both workstreams. Led a multicultural consulting team over four and a half years, delivering all project outcomes within scope and on schedule.
